We develop and manufacture various
kinds of equipment with a particular emphasis on the vacuum plasma
system, which is indispensable in the electronics industry covering
the semiconductor field and magnetic substances.
We develop totally new processes and equipment to meet our customers'
needs which have not been enabled by conventional manufacturing
methods. In our laboratory, we perform customized special processes
and experiments in addition to evaluations and demonstrations of
our products.
As the central products of the process development equipment field
in the chemitronics group, labwares which satisfy customers will
